At the beginning I was shy and quiet because it was a different kind of environment than I was used to. Having people of different cultures and backgrounds in one room was all new to me. I got to experience a different style of learning where by instructors employ different methods of teaching to make sure we understand the material and, a few weeks after the program ended I got a job with CIBC as a QA analyst. I believe this is just my starting point and I have a long journey ahead of me, I want to say a big thank you to NPower for teaching me patience, dedication and hard work.
