I had always possessed a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, but my career path felt a little uncertain. While I had gained valuable experience in other fields, the rapidly evolving world of technology beckoned, promising stability and growth. The challenge, however, was bridging the gap between my existing skills and the in-demand expertise required in the IT sector. From the moment I enrolled, I immersed myself in the JITA curriculum. The technical modules were rigorous but incredibly rewarding. Today, I am working as a Customer Relations Associate where I am constantly learning, applying the foundational skills that I gained from the JITA program, and exploring new avenues within IT.
