At NPower Canada, we envision a diverse tech workforce, where every individual – regardless of their culture, ethnicity, gender, or socio-economic background – is empowered to take control of their future career.

By 2025, there are estimated to be more than 2.2 million digital jobs available in Canada. Yet, not all Canadian job seekers have traditional pathways available to them to attain these in-demand roles.

By 2025, NPower Canada is on a mission to upskill 15,000 low-income, barriered job seekers with the critical skills and industry certifications needed to transition into Canada’s digital economy and rebuild their professional resilience.

The pandemic has accelerated the world’s digital transformation, creating an even greater need for people to learn new skills. Our collaboration with the Digital Technology Supercluster and NPower Canada will help ensure Canadians, particularly those in underserved communities, have access to these opportunities.
