The Problems NPower Canada Addresses
NPower Canada is a charitable workforce development organization that prepares under-served and barriered youth for successful careers in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field. NPower Canada addresses two major problems faced in the GTA.
Many eager, talented and capable young people lack the skills and/or access needed to launch successful careers, limiting their opportunity to participate in the future workforce and build a strong financial future. There are more than 860,000 youth across Canada between the ages of 15 and 29 who are not working, studying or participating in some form of training.
