Keegan J – British Columbia – Junior IT Analyst – December 2021 Graduate
Keegan was always passionate about IT, helping friends and family troubleshoot and even building his own computer. However, with only a high school diploma and no formal tech experience, Keegan was finding it difficult to find a job. “It seemed like no one would take my application seriously due to my lack of job experience,” he said.
Keegan had been making ends meet through kitchen jobs, but when a co-worker told him about the program, he saw a career path available to him. He enrolled in our Junior IT Analyst program, gaining industry-recognized certifications and in-demand technical knowledge.
“The technical knowledge was only half of the takeaway from the program. I also came out of NPower Canada with professional skills, such as resume and cover letter writing and interview skills,” Keegan shared.
After graduating from the program in December 2021, Keegan found employment immediately for Mosaic as an e-commerce advisor, and was happy to finally have his foot in the door of the industry. He now works as a Technical Instructor for NPower Canada!

What was an initial recommendation from someone I barely knew ended up turning into a life-saving opportunity for me.”
