Krys L. – Alberta – Junior IT Analyst – 2022 Graduate
Before NPower Canada, Krys was struggling to make ends meet as a single parent to three children. He wanted to provide a better life for his family, but didn’t have the right professional or educational experience. Krys didn’t have the means to pay for training or further education, but he was determined to change the course of his and his family’s life.
Krys heard about NPower Canada through a job board, and immediately was interested. He knew IT was a growing sector with multiple different paths and opportunities. Kris enrolled in our Junior IT Analyst program, taking the first step towards the life he envisioned for himself.
Throughout the program, Krys was a star performer. He was always on time, helpful, and ensured to meet deadlines ahead of schedule. “My experience training with NPower Canada has been so positive and so completely life changing,” shared Krys.
While still in the program, Krys landed a job with Long View Systems as a Systems Consultant.
“I started a Google Career Certificate for a better life for me and my family. In just a few months, I learned the tools I needed to start my new career, and was reminded that I can do anything,” shared Krys.
Today, Krys works as a Technical Support Agent for Telus Health, and we are so proud that his hard work and dedication has paid off.
