Noor B. – Alberta – Junior IT Analyst – 2024
Noor, a 2024 graduate of NPower Canada’s Junior IT Analyst program, demonstrated a sense of determination as she embarked on a journey of growth and development. Originally from the Middle East, Noor decided to relocate to Canada to take her career to the next level.
Noor had a non-technical background in communications and faced barriers in her Canadian job search as she lacked knowledge about the market and interviewing processes.
When she learned of NPower Canada, Noor took the opportunity to sharpen and transfer her skills into the field of Information Technology. The Junior IT Analyst program allowed Noor to make a smooth transition into the Canadian job market.
When asked what her favourite NPower Canada memory was, Noor responded, “Participating in professional development workshops. It enhanced my qualifications and made me marketable.” She credited NPower Canada for “opening doors to new career opportunities, promotions and professional advancement.”
With the skills of the Junior IT Analyst program under her belt, Noor is looking forward to progressing into the tech field and to further expanding her skills for a bright future.
